These Terms & Policies ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GeoWaveX ("GeoWaveX," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, dashboard, hosted GEO pages, monitoring tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, configuring a brand, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our privacy practices described below. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may offer additional product-specific terms or policies from time to time; where they conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control for that product feature.

"Brand" means a customer workspace in GeoWaveX associated with a product, company, or offering you configure for GEO optimization.

"Hosted GEO page" (or "GEO page") means the public web page we host at a GeoWaveX URL (for example, `/b/{slug}`) that presents structured brand information intended to be discoverable by AI systems.

"Monitoring" means scheduled or manual checks that query selected AI models with configured questions and record whether and how your brand appears in responses.

"Plan tier" means a subscription package (Starter, Advanced, or Professional) that defines setup fees, monthly maintenance fees, monitoring quotas, supported AI models, and publishing workflow options.

"Content workflow" means tools that help draft, review, and publish articles to third-party platforms you connect; publishing always requires your action or explicit approval.

"User content" means brand copy, credentials references, monitoring questions, generated drafts, publish records, and other materials you or your team submit to the Service.

GeoWaveX helps brands improve visibility in generative AI answers through structured GEO pages, monitoring across target large language models, and optional content publishing workflows.

Depending on your plan tier, the Service may include: a hosted GEO page with brand-structured content; AI-assisted generation of monitoring questions; periodic or on-demand monitoring runs against configured models; dashboards showing citation and visibility trends; and workflow support for drafting articles and publishing to platforms such as Toutiao, Zhihu, and Baijiahao.

We may add, change, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Beta or experimental features may be offered with limited support and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

The Service is a software platform. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, AI citation outcome, or revenue result. AI model behavior changes frequently and is outside our control.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your credentials. Use a strong password and restrict access to authorized team members.

Where the Service integrates with third-party publishing platforms, you are solely responsible for complying with each platform's terms, registration requirements, and content policies. You must own or have permission to operate the accounts and content you connect.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised, is being used in violation of these Terms, or poses a security or legal risk.

GeoWaveX plans include a one-time setup fee at onboarding and a recurring monthly maintenance fee. Current fees and feature limits are shown on our Pricing page and may vary by plan tier.

Setup fees cover initial configuration such as brand onboarding, hosted page setup, and baseline monitoring configuration. Monthly maintenance covers ongoing hosting, monitoring quotas, dashboard access, and platform maintenance.

You may cancel monthly maintenance at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Setup fees are generally non-refundable once onboarding work has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Online payment processing is being integrated. Until payment is live, subscription status and expiry dates may be managed manually or through pilot arrangements. When billing goes live, additional payment terms (invoicing, taxes, failed payment handling) will apply and may be updated in these Terms.

You may cancel monthly maintenance at any time. If you do not renew, access winds down gradually so you can export data and resubscribe without full re-onboarding.

Downgrading or lapsing a subscription reduces active features (monitoring runs, AI article generation, hosted page availability) according to the timeline below. Your brand data is retained for a limited period during wind-down; after the archive phase, data may be deleted or made available only on request, subject to legal retention obligations.

Resubscribing after lapse restores hosted page visibility and monitoring capabilities without requiring you to repeat the full onboarding flow, provided your brand workspace has not been permanently deleted.

You retain ownership of your brand materials, monitoring questions, and other user content you submit. You grant GeoWaveX a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your user content. Do not submit content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

If you choose to store platform credentials or session notes in the Service (including optional cloud notepad features), you acknowledge that credentials are sensitive. We store such data to perform actions you request; you should rotate credentials if you suspect unauthorized access.

GeoWaveX does not publish content to third-party platforms on your behalf without your explicit action or approval. Automated workflows pause for verification steps (such as OTP or captcha) that require your participation.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes: submitting unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive content; attempting to access other customers' data; probing or scanning our systems without authorization; or using the Service to send spam or malware.

You may not use monitoring or automation features to harass platforms, evade rate limits, or scrape third-party services in violation of their terms. Use monitoring quotas and API access only as intended.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted. You may not misrepresent your affiliation with GeoWaveX or use our brand marks without prior written consent.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or removal of hosted content.

GeoWaveX and its licensors own all rights in the Service software, UI, documentation, templates, and branding, excluding your user content. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us with sufficient detail for us to evaluate the claim.

GeoWaveX is designed to improve the structured presence of your brand for generative AI systems, but we do not guarantee that any AI model will cite, rank, or recommend your brand in any particular way.

AI models differ by provider, version, training data, and retrieval behavior. Monitoring results reflect snapshots at run time and may change without notice. A positive monitoring result does not promise future visibility; a negative result does not mean your brand cannot appear elsewhere.

You are responsible for evaluating whether GEO strategies and published content meet your marketing, compliance, and legal requirements. The Service is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeoWaveX and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to GeoWaveX for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (or equivalent in local currency) if you have not paid fees.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This section describes how we handle personal and business data when you use GeoWaveX. It supplements these Terms and applies to data we process as a service provider on your behalf.

We collect information you provide directly (account details, brand configuration, monitoring questions, content drafts, support messages) and technical data generated by use of the Service (logs, device/browser metadata, usage timestamps, error reports).

We use this data to operate, secure, and improve the Service; to run monitoring and publishing workflows you request; to communicate about subscription status; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or brand data to third parties.

Data is stored using infrastructure providers such as Vercel (application hosting) and Vercel Blob or comparable object storage for files and exports. These providers process data on our instructions and under appropriate contractual safeguards.

We retain data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support export, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. After subscription archive, some data may be read-only or deleted according to the subscription timeline in these Terms.

You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting us through the dashboard or support channels. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to verification of your identity and any legal or operational retention requirements (for example, billing records or fraud prevention).

If we process personal information subject to applicable privacy laws, you may have additional rights (access, correction, restriction, objection) depending on your jurisdiction. Contact us to exercise those rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an update, you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the next renewal.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

You may cancel or stop using the Service at any time via the dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms.

Surviving provisions (payment, IP, disclaimers, liability, disputes) remain in effect after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

If the operating entity's registered jurisdiction differs from the above, the governing law will be the laws of the jurisdiction where the GeoWaveX operating entity is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires a different forum.

For privacy-related inquiries, include enough detail for us to identify your account and the nature of your request. We aim to respond within a reasonable business timeframe.
